The OPEN ARMS hitmaker is determined to end speculation of a comeback tour, after his brief appearance at his Hollywood Walk Of Fame honouring in January last year (05), triggered hope among fans. He says, "I showed up because the thought came to me that if anybody deserved to be there, I deserved to be there too. "One of the things that makes it difficult to have contact with the members is that as a result of going the Star Walk of Fame and showing up at the last minute, some of the members have used that on some of their promotional radio interviews. (To our big and very nice surprise Moon Calhoun, the singer on the classic MTB (Michael Thompson Band) album showed up together with none other than Mr Steve Perry!!!... They were in great spirit through the whole show and shouted funny remarks back and forth with the band and they ended the show with Moon going up to sing 3 great MTB songs live for the first time ever and it was stunning.... I was introduced to Moon who turned out to be one of the nicest humans i've ever met and we're definently doing something together in the future and i was also introduced to Steve Perry which is one of the few big name artists i've been dying to meet....and of course work with!!.
